Mega Dance UK Terms and Conditions

1. Event Details:

Event Date and Time: Mega Dance UK will take place on the 28th of September 2024, starting at 3pm.

Venue: The event will be held at the Rainbow Theatre, London.
Age Restrictions: The event is open to all ages.

2. Ticket Sales:

Ticket Type: General admission.
Ticket Price: All tickets are priced at £10 each.
Purchase Limit: There are no restrictions on the number of tickets that can be purchased per individual.
Refund Policy: All tickets are non-refundable.
Ticket Delivery: Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

3. Competition Details:

Participants: The competition will feature performances from six pre-registered dance crews.
Entry Fee: There is no entry fee for participating dance crews.

Selection and Notification of Winners: Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on their performance. The decision of the judges is final and binding. Winners will be announced at the event and notified immediately.

4. Conduct and Safety:

Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited at the event: weapons, illegal substances, and any other items deemed dangerous by event security.

Security Measures: Security personnel will be present at the event to ensure the safety of all attendees. Attendees may be subject to search upon entry.

Behavioural Policy: The event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual who is deemed to be disruptive or poses a safety risk.

5. Liability and Disclaimers:

Event Changes: The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule or artist lineup if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email.
